We provide free delivery. Delivery time is mentioned at the time of purchase, as it varies on the type of product and manufacturing process. All orders are delivered with external logistic partners such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or others.
Upon booking, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address, such as restricted property access or lift access to the upper floors. We do not collect or dispose of unwanted rugs.
Return Policy. If you are not happy with your order upon delivery, you can use our 30 days return policy and decide to either exchange the item once or return the item and you then get a full refund valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase. If a rug is faulty, you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rug completely free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer packaging service for a returning a product.
Returns must be made from the same country as the delivery address of your order. For custom orders that have been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
